Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Injury Recovery Massage

Injury Recovery Massage

This massage focuses on any soft tissue injury, for example: any torn, pulled or bruised muscle, ligament or tendon. Studies have shown that massage intervention from an injury within 72 hours greatly reduces healing time.
